I DON'T SUPPORT INTERNET EXPLORER ^_^

I'm Jake. 17 Years old - England.

As is probably the case with most people my age, I first watched anime without knowing. Things like DBZ and pokemon were just among the other toons I watched as a kid. I only really got into the whole manga/anime scene after being introduced to Bleach by a friend (although it sucks now ¬_¬ ) and it just seemed to take off from there. I liked the style of the artwork and thought, Hey! That would be cool to draw! So I try :)

I'll upload my favourite drawings from time to time on here, but not my practice stuff like figure practice and style experimentation. Just the good stuff...

"Manga Moods"

While browsing the manga section in my local Waterstones, I came across a small book called "Manga Moods" It's just a book with 40 drawings of different manga emotions, with how to say & write it in Japanese too.

If you're trying to learn to draw Manga like I am, I'd strongly advise buying it. It may not be the kind of style you're looking for as it's a bit "Chibi" or "Kawaii/Cute" but it's still useful for knowing how to portray different emotions effectively.
